Organizer Agreement

This Organizer Agreement governs use of the Open Gate Tickets Platform by event organizers, venues, promoters, and their authorized administrators ("Organizer").

By creating an organizer account, publishing events, or using admin tools, you agree to this Organizer Agreement, our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Seller Agreement where ticket sales are enabled.

Open Gate provides hosted checkout, optional embed checkout, administrative tools, reporting, and related features on a software-as-a-service basis. Feature availability may vary by plan, configuration, or region.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.

You represent that you have authority to offer tickets for each event you publish and that your events comply with applicable laws, permits, insurance requirements, and venue rules.

You must provide accurate event information, maintain reasonable security for admin access, and ensure staff using the Platform follow these agreements.

Platform fees are disclosed during onboarding, in admin settings, or at checkout. Fees may include per-ticket charges, percentage-based service fees, or other pricing described in your commercial terms with Open Gate.

You authorize Open Gate to collect applicable platform fees from transactions processed through the Platform.

You are responsible for your use of attendee data obtained through the Platform and must provide appropriate privacy notices and honor applicable data protection requirements.

Open Gate may send transactional messages to buyers on your behalf, such as order confirmations and ticket delivery emails.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Open Gate from claims arising from your events, listings, conduct, failure to fulfill orders, or violation of law, except to the extent caused by Open Gate's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

This agreement remains in effect while you use the Platform. Either party may terminate the relationship according to applicable commercial terms and payment partner requirements.
