Open Gate acts as a service provider to event organizers. Organizers may also collect and use attendee information under their own policies.

When you purchase tickets, we collect transaction details including ticket selections, order totals, and payment confirmation data. Payment card numbers are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Open Gate.

We automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and referral URLs through cookies and similar technologies.

We use personal information to operate the Platform, process orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve our services, send transactional communications, and comply with legal obligations.

With your consent or as permitted by law, we may send marketing communications. You may opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages.

We use artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning tools to help operate and improve the Platform. This may include features such as an administrative assistant, content drafting aids, support tooling, fraud or abuse detection, and similar capabilities.

We share information with event organizers for orders placed on their events, with service providers that help us operate the Platform (such as payment processors, email delivery, hosting providers, and AI service providers), and when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
